Possible causes of Constipation

Most people suffer from constipation and bloating.
Constipation can be caused by many things, such as: not enough fibers and water, age, excessive stress, age and many other things. Constipation can cause a lot of body disorders and cause much discomfort. Constipation can cause smelly farts, constant headaches, increase anxiety and hormonal imbalance.
HABITS THAT CAUSE CONSTIPATION

Here are some habits that can cause constipation.

Not moving enough. If you dont move often or dont exercise and just spend a lot of time sitting, you can get constipated. Try to do little excercises every day. Try moving on a regular basis. A 15 minute walk daily can go a long way.

Not getting enough fiber. Fiber makes stools softer and easier to pass. If you don't have enough in your diet, you can get constipated. Slowly Add high fiber foods to your meals like vegetables, fruits, whole grains breads and cereals.

Not drinking enough water. Fluids, especially water keep everything moving in your digestive tract. Always keep a bottle of water with you and remeber to drink it all day. Avoid taking much of fluids that have caffeine like coffee and soft drinks as these may make you dehydrated and make your constipation worse. Even milk can make some people constipated. Water serves best always.

Using too much laxatives. Over the counter laxatives can help with constipation every once in a while. But relying on them will cause your bowels to depend on them. And using them for a long time can actually make your constipation worse.
