Myself Dr Pawan rajpurohit dentist by profession .Today my blog post is about awareness for our teeth
I am working as a dental professional from past 4 years in India .

Majority of people avoid visiting dentist due to lack of awareness and a sense of feel " ahh for just teeth" who will visit dentist and who will pay , we will adjust some home remedies and many more self proclaimed treatments , that is a very wrong and a bad choice towards their oral health . images (1).jpg

I will share very basic tips today to prevent some oral problems and tooth pain .

  • 1 .Brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride containing toothpaste.
    -2. Avoid eating sticky foods & sugar content during night time .
    -3. Visit your dentist for regular checkups.
    -4. Use chlorhexidine mouthwash regularly after having you meals .
    -5. If you feel pain because of eating hot or cold water ,suspect it , its an internal tooth issue or gums issue that need to be cured immediately visit your nearest dentist .
    -6 Don't just delay your tooth problems , if you can't eat properly , you can't chew properly, ultimately leading to many indigestion and systemic problems that you never know ,so always pay attention to these small things to keep yourself healthy.
