Most parents ask their children to drink milk before bed. Apparently, this really helps. In a glass of milk, there is an amino acid called tryptophan which is a 'sleeping pan' effect for children.

Calcium contained in a glass of milk was able to produce tryptophan in large quantities. Moreover, by giving a glass of warm milk, the child's body temperature will increase and make them begin to drowsy, and then fall asleep.
