if you want to progress in your life, then you have to stop doing the things that are holding you back. Here are 6 reasons to be happy:

Stop being in love for the wrong reasons. Relationships should be chosen wisely. It's better to be alone than in bad company. No rush. If something is intended, it will happen - at the right time, with the right person and for the best reason. Fall in love when you're ready, not when you're lonely.

Stop thinking you're not ready for anything. Nobody ever feels 100% ready when an opportunity arises, as most great opportunities in life force us to step beyond our comfort zones and we usually feel uncomfortable in such situations.

Stop spending time with the wrong people. Life is too short to spend time with people who suck your energy. If someone in his life wants you, he'll make space for you. You shouldn't have to fight for a place. Never insist on someone who constantly overlooks your worth.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself. The life curves are thrown for a very specific reason to guide your path in a direction that is meant for you. At first you can't understand why certain things work the way they do. But think back to the negative times in the past and you will see that they have led you to a better place, a better person, a better condition or a better situation. So smile! Today you're much stronger than you were yesterday.

Stop being ungrateful. No matter how good or bad you have it. Wake up every day grateful for your life. Someone else is fighting desperately for his. Instead of thinking about what you miss, try to think about what you have and what the others lack.

Stop overlooking the beauties of the little moments. Enjoy the little things, because one day you will look back and discover that they were the big things. The best part of your life will be the little nameless moments. Believe me.

In love @malumaa
