5 Simple Ways To Stay Healthy

In this modern time where no one has no time. Everyone is running all the time and eating junk food, old food, bad food and no exercise. So everyone is either sick or getting sick by day. Doctor's fees are increasing too, medicines and treatments are getting expensive. Specially the young generation, they got bad deal. To grow up in this fucked up society is a hard job in itself. So I have 5 suggestions for you which I follow myself that gonna change your life and if you are sick you gonna start to move your way towards healthy lifestyle.
So here goes:-

  1. Rules of drinking Water
    See by default we think and have been told that drinking water is good and we all should drink a lot of water but the truth is water is very special liquid, all life on earth is possible and sustained because of water and there are certain rules of drinking water. The rules are that never drink water while eating. Drink water at least 40 minutes before eating major meals and wait for an hour after meal to drink water. Waiting after eating major meals is very important. Waiting for 1 hour is just the beginning and you can take it to 3 hours. Birds wait for 3 hours after eating and they are always healthy always flying. Once you develop this habit you'll feel that it your stomach will tell you when to drink water. Except for this rule around eating drink as much water as you can. Drink two glass of water before going to bed too. This is by far the most important point and leads naturally to other good habits and you'll stay away from doctors and medicines all your life.

  2. Goto Toilet everyday in the morning
    This point is very important too. See most of the disease start from your stomach and intestines. If your stomach is strong and intestines clean you'll never get any disease and that's a guarantee. There are many who don't have regular bowel movement and they think it's normal, but it isn't. Normal regular bowel movement is cornerstone of healthy living. In the morning when you wakeup if you are feeling pressure then drink two glasses of water and walk a bit and pressure will develop. It's very important that you excreate everyday in the morning. Make it a habit and you'll have no troubles with health.

  3. Sleeping and Waking up on time
    In my college days I used to wakeup all night and goto bed in the morning. This one of the greatest bad habits I learnt in college and only removed it after leaving college. This is very bad for body as your body have an internal clock and it's synchronised with Sunrise and Sunset. Sun is very important for our well being our digestion system. So if you living your life opposite of Sun's timetable you are attracting diseases in your life. Sun aids in digestion so eat more in morning and less at night. Ideally breakfast should be heaviest and then afternoon food and night food must be smallest. Follow all these natural ways of eating to stay healthy all your life.

  4. Eating a lot of vegetarian food
    Vegetarian lifestyle is very rewarding in itself. You'll be healthier, smarter and mental peace is more too. This modern lifestyle has given too much of meat eating trend. You have so many different types of meat. So meat like red meat and of other big animals and mammals are very dangerous. While fish on the other hand is less harmful. My family eats meat too and I ate meat only chicken, mutton, fish and eggs most of my life. But six years back I had change of heart and I lost all interest in meat eating. Since then I am living in complete vegetarian lifestyle. And I am very glad I chose to do so. Eating other animal is something which comes unnatural to me now. You all adopt vegetarian lifestyle and you'll notice your thinking changes too. You'll become healthier and stay that way all your life. If not completely then as much possible but surely eat more vegetables and fruits.

  5. Little bit of exercise and yoga
    Last but not least is doing a bit of exercise everyday. Whether it's in any form, either playing some sports or exercise or doing some yoga. Doing regular yoga and not too much but just little bit goes a long way. Make it a habit. Play football or some running everyday. See children are seldom sick. Why is that because they like playing, they run around and like to play all day. But as we grow older we don't like playing games and sitting idle, sleeping watching Tv and playing video games is what we do. All these maybe good pastime but it's not healthy. Healthy is going to field and running and playing, breathing fresh air. So play like kids do and stay healthy.
