Acute and chronic rhinitis End

Treatment

Nasal inflammation should be treated early because if treatment is not the right method and not timely rhinitis is easy to turn into sinusitis.

With acute rhinitis

Systemic treatment: use antibiotics when diagnosing acute bacterial endocarditis; use anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic; anti-edema drugs.

On-site treatment: use of anti-congestion drugs, vasoconstriction; antibiotics; Dried mucus nasal spray.

With chronic rhinitis

Medical treatment is the main measure. Use of steroid anti-inflammatory drugs; Using appropriate vasoconstrictors, it is best to have follow-up by a physician specializing in ENT (Nasopharynx) to prevent drug-induced rhinitis (ie use of topical nasal medications, especially medications coil circuit). In case of nosebleeds, the doctor uses vitamin D for 3 to 4 weeks, some anti-inflammatory ointment for nasal mucus.

Surgical treatment is provided in some cases such as lower abdominal reconstruction if rhinitis is too swollen, rectangular bulkheads if deformed baffle
