How Did I Fight High Blood Pressure – The Natural Way

Health is one of the things that many people concerned about.
Having good health is important to be happy, function good in society, play with your kids etc.

There are 3 things that you can do for better health:

  1. Exercise, even going for a walk every day will help
  2. Eat healthy food, no junk food
  3. Drink enough water
  4. Have enough sleep
  5. And of course: don’t smoke and drink too much.

Early 2018 I had a very high blood pressure: 183/134.

  1. Damage to your arteries, like: Damaged and narrowed arteries and aneurysm.
  2. Damage your heart. Coronary artery disease, enlarged left heart and heart failure.
  3. Damage your brain: transient ischemic attack (TIA), stroke, dementia, and mild cognitive impairment.
  4. Damage your kidneys. Kidney failure, kidney scarring, and kidney aneurysm.
  5. Damage your eyes, like: Eye blood vessel damage, Fluid buildup under the retina and nerve damage.
  6. Sexual dysfunction after time, because there can flow less blood to the penis.
Other possible dangers of high blood pressure are bone loss and trouble sleeping

Not the things you want in your life and better prevent it!
A friend of mine (from Brazil) had a friend (from Italy) with the same problem and he used eggplant water. A natural medicine, and that’s what I like!
That’s why I made this eggplant water, drink it every day and my blood pressure went back to normal in just 10 days!

  1. Good for the heart because they contain vitamin C and B6, potassium and fiber.
  2. Lower blood pressure. The eggplant contains vitamin E and anthocyanin (the red-blue flavonoid plant pigment.
  3. Helps with Anemia because of the many essential minerals like copper and iron.
  4. Prevent against some cancers. Eggplants have chlorogenic acid and anthocyans, which are antioxidants and it has also vitamin A.
  5. Can help with diabetes, because of the fiber and it is low in soluble carbohydrates.

How to make eggplant water?

It's very simple:

  • Cut the top and the eggplant's butt and remove any leaves.

  • Then cut the eggplant cut into very small pieces. It has 2 advantages: the water absorbs the active ingredients from the eggplant and you get the eggplant easier in and out of the bottle.

  • Use half an eggplant in a 1-liter bottle. So just slop in the bottle and fill with water. Then you have just over 2 large glasses per bottle.
    Always looking to do things easier, I have made a 'tool' for this. Just drilled a big hole in 2 old caps and glued the 2 caps upside down. Then cut the bottom from an old bottle and you have a sort of funnel with a large opening.

  • Put the bottles in the refrigerator and take the first glass after at least 12 hours.

  • The first days to a week I drink 2 glasses a day and then 1 glass a day. Usually, my blood pressure returns to normal after 10 days.

And do not forget to tackle your diet and exercise, otherwise you will have high blood pressure again, as was the case with me!

And, of course, go to your doctor for a check!
