That is what my inner-self said to me when I consider joining the force of #nofap "IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!" - since I've been addicted to watch porn and masturbate simultaneously for years. I could reach up to 5 times masturbating a day, flat-facedly scrolled down my phone browsing porns from Tumblr, or get into incognito mode + VPN accessing porn sites. Masturbating makes me feel good instantly after my eternal enemy - anxiety - slowly appear from behind the curtain, so each time it appears, I choose to masturbate-it-away. The result? My anxiety and depression getting bigger once I reached ejaculation.
After browsing through some YouTube channel about NoFap movement, digging through Steem stories, I found one article written by @crypt0 motivates me a lot : The Many Benefits of No Fap - eventho' my intention is not to chase the opposite sex (yes I'm GAY), but most of his points are make much sense.
