1 . Develop a good opinion of yourself.

According to mental health experts, high self-esteem is the best tool that we can use against complex problems of life. So always try to stay mentally fit.

2 . Eat well

All the nutritious food will be eaten all the time. Diet plays a crucial role in mental health ,it’s important to have a healthy diet.you can also consult a nutritionist for a personalized guide adapted to your needs.

3 .Exercise regularly.

Physical exercises should be done at a specific time every day. Exercise is an important part of our life . Exercise has nothing to do to stay mentally healthy.so every day must be our need physical exercise .

4 .Get enough sleep.

Go to bed at a reasonable hour and try to get 8 hours of sleep. It will help you achieve maximum recovery and face the next day with more vigor. So we must sleep for at least eight hours a day to stay mentally healthy.

5 . Have fun
