After reading this, I wonder how I managed to have kids at all ;)
But seriously guys, it's quite simple - get some exercise - preferably in nature, eat healthy when you can, be positive and you are ok. In 99% of cases, sex drive comes from your head, so - healthy mind means healthy sex life. My humble opinion ;)
