An exciting and provocative study with wide-ranging implications. Offspring of exercising fathers seem to inherit the cognitive benefits acquired by the latter. Our good lifestyle choices not only improve our health but might as well improve the health of our progeny. The same holds true for the converse; i.e., by poor lifestyle choices (e.g., bad nutrition) we not only endanger our health but probably also that of our future children.
