It's hard to give you advise via the internet. Especially because we don't know exactly what symptoms you got. Is it nausea? or is it just a strange, unfamilliar feeling in your gut/stomach?
Generally, for an upset stomach there is a well revered german home remedy: Chamomile tea. best taken in small sips while it is warm.
This is surprisingly effective for a lot of different odd feelings in the stomach/gut.
