Couch to 5K Hype!

Over the past couple of years I had to deal with a lot of health issues, and it's only since recently that we discovered what one of the things was that was partially responsible for this.

I still regularly have to deal with some things but at least there is progress, right?!

So it appears I have flexible joints. The ligaments between my joints get inflamed rather fast so I basically have to work out on a daily base to make and keep them nice and strong! :)

Among many other things my doctor told me to do for my knee aches, was running.

Now I've never really liked running but since I was going to do this, I decided to look for a decent start to run program and that's where C25K came in!

I installed the free version on my phone (android) and out I went! It guides you through and it builds up nice and slow at the start. I also absolutely love the design!

One tip though...
If I remember correctly going from week 4 to 5 was a bit heavy so I ended up doing week 4 twice.

It's a matter of listening to your body and to take a bit more time when needed! We don't want to make it worse after all now do we?!
