Health Tip Of The Day: [Bone Broth]

Looking to make your own bone broth?
Trying to figure out whether to blanch the bones, bake them, or soak them in vinegar before cooking them?
Here's a tip - don't bother!
Just ensure you get bones that have been cut in half to expose the inner matrix (ask your butcher to do this for you).
Then, use a pressure cooker to make your broth.
You'll get a quality glycine rich broth in 2-3 hours, without all the fuss.
