Steem invites to pursue my target in February

In January we passed. Now we have stepped on the second month of 2020.
Since I agreed to write down the target to be achieved with #hasil2020 on the @davidke20 initiative and support by other Steemians like @wakeupkitty, I will try to take part in it. I hope with this step I will be more motivated to try hard in realizing the target. I feel Steem has invited us to be enthusiastic in realizing dreams. At least in the short term we can achieve our own targets, not because we are forced to. We are decisive steps in achieving it.
Rational and Ideal Targets
The second month of the year has 29 days so we must but it is still shorter than the other bulls. I am sure that everyone wants to set high targets, including me. All of the goals we set certainly want to be the best. High targets require a lot of effort so when we have set targets the consequence is we have to focus on goals.
but in making the target we must also calculate the ratio. do not just want to achieve high goals but do not measure the ability possessed.
That is also what actually became my thoughts. I want high targets such as the acquisition of STeem until the end of February a lot. but I also have to count with a smaller number of days so of course there are big demands to find a catapult to get Steem.
Consideration of achievement in the last month there are still things that I must warn so this month I still have debt to achieve goals that are still pending success.
As in January, I will set a target that I will achieve this month, but of all the consideration and evaluation of the past month.
After reviewing and evaluating, I set the target for the month of February as follows.
1. Fulfill the number of students up to 50
I set this target in the first place. I hope this number will be reached. I hope that more students will be helped by them so that they can read and write fluently. If students are fluent in reading and writing, it will certainly make it easier for parents and students to provide other subject matter. This also became important because I had to think about the costs of paying two other teachers in the reading class. I hope this target will be achieved and can continue to survive or even increase.
2. Achieved 18000 ESTM points
As an eSteem user discovered by @esteemapp, @good-karma and my team, I really hope there will be more ESTM achievements. For this February I hope to be able to reach 18000 ESTM. I am also very grateful for all the #eSteem services that are very useful, both for applications on mobile and laptop. Things are getting cooler.
3. Collect 270 Steem
if in January I managed to reach 300 STeem, apparently I was not too confident to be able to achieve it again. This is a rational count because in addition to the number of fewer days, we still have to count posts that can gain more Steem. However, I must not be discouraged or even give up before competing. I will fight to achieve this target. I want to power up on #spudXI which held on March 1. i know SPUD which initiate by @streetstyle and support by other Steemian such @davedickeyyall, @xpilar, @sultan-aceh, @mcoinz79, @reflektor, @hingsten, @traciyork, @improv, @bippe, and @livinguktaiwan. They sponsor it and make SPUD more interesting. In this chance I also want to other Steemian to support #spud as you want to choose as sponsor, participants or other supporter.
4. Made 100 posts
In February I targeted the number of posts to reach 100 posts. this will be closely related to other targets, both the acquisition of STeem and ESTM.
That is the target I set for achievement in February. While continuing to try to achieve I will continue to look for ways and strategies to achieve those targets.
