Best Hamburger recipe (my mums recept)

If there is one thing my mother cooks better then Golden Ramsey, it are her Hamburgers. Thats why I wanna share her recipe with you.

The good patty is of course the base of a good hamburger. That's why I recommend to get your minced meat by the butcher. You need to get ground beef with 20% to 25% fat. For 1 burger you need round about 100 grams. Form the meat and leave it in the fridge. Don't season the meat yet!

If you ready season the burgers and trow them in the pan. 3 Minutes per side. Before you take them out, season them again. I like to only use salt and pepper.
When the Patty's are ready, take them out and leave them to rest. In the mean time you can get your bread. Cut it in 2 halves and smear butter on it. Now trow them in the pan to. In this way the bread will stick together when you eat your burger later. But watch out, don't leave them to long. 2 Minutes should be enough.

Now your Burger are ready. Just put the sauce you like on the bread and some salad over the patty.
