Green Salad Recipe Challenge: Vegetables, fruits and flowers in a spring salad!!

Today is the appropriate day for a detox, with a colorful salad, plenty of vitamins, different aromas, textures and flavors, as main dish!!
Greens( arugula,dill and mojito leaves), picked from my home garden for freshness!Juicy lemons(from my garden too) and plums for brightness and contrast in flavor!Sweet potato, eggplant and corn for earthy sweetness!!Red cabbage and radish for vivid colors!And flowers(also picked from my garden) for beauty !
This lively, chrunchy, sweet,tangy, fragrant,refreshing salad is a nutrient-rich and tastefull meal !!!

ingredients:

-arugula
-dill
-mojito leaves (or mint leaves)
-calendula flowers
-eggplant
-lemon
-corn
-sweet potato
-radish
-flaxseeds
-dried figs (sugar free)
-levander flowers
-red cabbage
-plums
-extra-virgin olive oil
-sesame oil
-smoked paprika
-coarse sea salt

method:

-cut the sweet potato and the eggplant into pieces
-drizzle with salt, lemon,olive oil and smoked paprika
-roast for 25 to 30 minutes in oven or until tender
-place the vegetables,dried figs, plums and calendula flowers in a large bowl
-add the roasted eggplant
-add flaxseeds
-whisk oils, salt and lemon juice in a small bowl
-add to salad
-toss gently to combine
-serve with roasted sweet potatoes (add extra smoked paprika and salt) and corn(add salt)!!🥔🌽
