FAUSTUS76 IS GRATEFUL TODAY TO HIS MOTHER AND A LOVELY DINNER.
So, today is the day before Christmas which we in Serbia celebrate. My mother decided to bake some fish and to make potato-onion salad. The first thing we had to decide was which fish should we bake. At one point we were crossing street markets while all of a sudden we saw a man selling already cleaned trouts. Trouts are really great for preparation, they're easy and the bones are easily removed. Not to mention the lovely taste. Thus it began, we baked our fish and waited for it cool off a little bit. In the mean time we had a cup of coffee. What is rather interesting is that in this period of the year, it should be -10 C and yet it is +15 C, this didn't happen last 10 to 20 years. In my opinion it is the proof of global warming.
