It is now official that solar activity is the lowest since 1913, so when we see day after day of hundred year records broken whether heat, cold, snow or rain, you need to ask yourself is it a pattern in climate repeating based on activity levels from our Sun?
If the answer is 'yes' and we are seeing this type of extreme weather at a 100 year cycle, what will it be like when the Sun slips into a 400 year low? The Sun's 400 year cycle is called a Grand Solar Minimum.
Now notice 2019 finished at 281 days taking the number two spot away from 1912 and Solar Cycle 25 is projected to be lower than Solar Cycle 24, the cycle we just finished.
The global economy will purposely be imploded one year before global food shocks sweep the planet. The reason will be to prevent billions of people from moving at the same time to warmer and more stable crop growing regions.
My forecast still stands that global awareness of the Grand Solar Minimum and its effects on society will rise from 1% at the end of 2019 to 12% at the end of 2020 and 60% by the end of 2021.

Through history, every Grand Solar Minimum China has collapsed and dynasties changed.
So ask yourself, if you were the leaders of a nation and need all available resources to prepare for a once in a 400 year solar activity event that would reduce agriculture output setting off civil unrest, what would you do?
