Hi everyone! This is the story about when I first visited GamesCom!
If you don't know what GamesCom is then let me explain :-) Its a huge convention for videogames. So its kinda like E3, but with less new announcements (unless you get invited to the cool exclusive 'parties' - Like i did with Activision, more about that later!)
In 2014 I won a trip to GamesCom together with a lot of other people. All I knew was that I could bring one person, and that we were going to drive from Amsterdam to Cologne in Germany, in these huge (and awesome) COD buses!
I was so excited to get into this bus, since we did wait for about 4 hours after we landed :-P. Then on the bus we had a quiz about COD and were just talking with the other people who either won, or got invited on this bus :-). As you can properly tell, I'm a huge COD fan started with BO2 and been playing since then (more or less)

We also got a goodieback on the bus, it was a COD backpack, a tag neckless, Turtlebeach headphones - and we got loads of COD t-shirts
Everything was paid for, and it was just a great time! Every time we had to go out to dinner (there were 4 COD buses in total) they would transport us in all the buses. It was so much fun, and a little awkward at the same time. We went to a restaurant to get something to eat, and outside would just be 4 huge COD buses filled with games.
One of the days we also went to a theme park in Germany, and we had a whole day there just to hangout and have fun. I do love unicorns and in this theme pack I won my first unicorn plush!

Then at GamesCom there were so many things to see and so many things to try out! I am thankful for that we were there in the "business days" so it wasn't open to the public yet. When its open for everyone the ques are enormous and you cant even see the floor for people.

*We also got invited to a XboX event where we saw many new and awesome games :)

It was such a huge experience going to GamesCom, if you ever get the chance you should give it a go :D
