I admit, I am not a fan of vegetables, but I do eat some. I am just selective on what I eat. Usually, I eat mung beans soup, which is similar to lentil soup.
Other vegetables I eat is lettuce, cabbage, camote tops, and other leafy vegetables.
I do eat meat often, but there are some moments that I don't want to eat meat. Thus, I turn to fishes as source of protein.
Turning to healthier foods can be difficult at times. Foods that we eat has some chemicals. Even vegetables are being sprayed with chemicals. People are getting sick because of it.
Going organic can be expensive too. Most organic foods you can buy from the market are costly. The best way to eat healthier foods is by planting or homesteading. I might not be a fan of vegetables, but I want to consume more for my health.
