Chicken in wine
Ingredients:
Chicken quarters - 3 pcs.
Potatoes - 5 pcs.
Thyme - 2-3 sprigs
White wine - 1 stack.
Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
Honey - 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic - 1 head
Olives - ½ cup
Salt, pepper - to taste
Preparation:
- In a well-heated saucepan, fry the chicken.
- We take out and send potatoes and garlic to its place.
- We return the chicken to the saucepan, there we put olives, thyme, salt, pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wine, balsamic vinegar and honey.
- Add to the chicken, bring to a boil, reduce the fire and leave it to languish for another hour.
