Ketan Material;

300gr glutinous rice soak semalem or minimal 2hour clean wash drain
-250ml coconut milk / thick coconut milk
-1 / 2sdt pasta pandanus

  • 2 pieces of pandan leaves
    -1 / 2sdt salt
    -fire seeds to taste
    -kelapa grated steamed

How to cook ;

.

  1. After sticky rice on soak drain then steam approximately 15menit (sticky rice in place in stenlis container)..
  1. While sticky rice steamed, boiled coconut milk and pandanus salt leaves to boil, do not break the coconut milk. Turn off the fire
  2. Stewed steamed / aron, pour little coconut milk, stir until blended and fused
  3. Steam again for 25min
  4. Take the sticky sticky watermelon and sprinkle with grated coconut.
