#dailyfoodphotography: Champorado and Adobong Pusit

Champorado is best when partnered with tuyo, but I don't have one that time. Others use cocoa powder, but it's best cooked with tableya. Pour some condensed milk on top of it for sweeter taste.

One of my specialties is adobong pusit. With thick sauce containing sugar, soy sauce, and finger chilli, it's a fusion of salt and spicy,
