Hello friend, i hope you all are well. Today we will make crispy cabbage pakora.
Take 1 plate cabbage and 2-3 onion.
Place it in bowl and add 3 chopped green chili, 2 tbsp spoon coriander, 1 tbsp dry pomegranate seeds, 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves, 1.5 tsp salt, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tspcumin, 2 tbsp coriander seed, 1 cup Chickpea flour. Mix well.
Fry it in oil for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
