berry soup - Yummy!

While summer is not over yet, enjoy its benefits! Probably, it is difficult to find more summer dish then berry soup. Try it!

500g blueberries
300 g of strawberry
200 g raspberry
1.5 liters of water
1 l apple juice
cinnamon sticks
200 g raisins
200 g of pasta
6 tablespoons sugar
Spoon vanilla sugar
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
3 tablespoons of starch
Orange peel to taste

Wash the berries and leave to drain. 1 liter of water mixed with apple juice and boil. Add cinnamon stick, add the raisins and pasta. Season with grated orange peel. Boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add the berries, sugar, vanilla sugar and icing sugar. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes. Starch is mixed with the remaining water and pour in the boiling soup. Brew and about 2 minutes. simmer. Serve warm or chilled.
