Serving grilled fish is always preferred. The taste of fish meat that still feels soft and enjoyed with soy sauce and vegetable lalapan.

1 kg of sea fish (lumuri lemon and salt)
oil / liquid margarine for rubbing
Ground spices :
5 cloves of garlic
8 grains of red onion
3 cm turmeric
3 candlenuts
1 cm ginger
2 cm galangal
1 tsp coriander powder
to taste salt
Step
75 minutes
Let the fish first soaked with salt and lime for 15mnt.
Then burn the fish over charcoal. While smeared with oil / margarine (not lkket).
After half-baked, smear the fish with a fine spice. Burn until done.
