Hello to all friends, in this post we will see how to prepare a recipe 100% natural and extremely delicious. This is a very common recipe in Spain and Castilian cuisine, It is suitable for anyone who wants to eat it, as well as vegetarians and people who prefer a meal with 0% fat. 500 gr zucchini, peeled and chopped.
500 gr of well-ripe tomatoes.
2 green peppers, well chopped.
1 red paprika, well chopped.
1 large, finely chopped onion.
Olive oil and salt.

Immerse in boiling water the tomatoes, peel and chop. Heat the oil in a frying pan to the fire, and fry the Onion; When this is clear, add the green and red peppers and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

Add zucchini and tomatoes and allow to cook, over low heat and stirring frequently, until all is in place. It comes out to taste and serve hot.

As you have read, it is an extremely easy recipe to make, very simple, but delicious. As I said before, it is a special dish also for vegetarians, since it only has vegetables, but we can accompany it with what we prefer.
