KETAN PANDAN UNTI COCONUT

Sticky Rice Material:
250 gr glutinous rice, wash clean soak 1 hour
125 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut (may be instant coconut milk plus water)
3 tablespoons of pandanus sediment
1/2 teaspoon salt

Way:

  1. Heat the steamer stove until the water boils. Steam the sticky rice for 15 minutes. Lift.
  2. Mix coconut milk, pandan leaves, salt until boiling, add glutinous rice in coconut milk stew. Stir until the coconut milk is absorbed. Steam for 20 minutes. Lift.

    COCONUT UNTI:
    1/2 old coconut, grated lengthwise
    100 grams of brown sugar comb (depending on taste)
    1 pcs pandan leaves concluded
    50 ml of water or enough

Way:

  1. Put brown sugar, water and pandan in the pan, cook over low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Add coconut, stir, and cook over low heat until the water has shrunk. Burned caution.

Settlement:

  1. Take the olea tray with a little cooking oil. Give a little bit of pressure to make it solid.
