For 16 pieces
-4 slices of puff pastry
-Jersey cheese for a nice creamy taste and melt effect !
-board breadcrumbs
-1 egg clotted in a plate
oil for frying
Let your puff pastry thaw slices but keep them a little firm.
Cut them through 4
Place 3 slices of cheese on each small package. (You cut the cheese of course according to size of your puff pastry) 1 slice of cheese is not sufficient and disappears as it were during baking.
Close your puff pastry and press the sides with a fork. Remove the egg and then breadcrumbs and fry them in a layer of oil.
Serve with chilli sauce if necessary.
