Dutch Oven Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake

It is always fun when you are camping to pull a Bundt cake out of a Dutch Oven. People are accustomed to seeing a cobbler or a cake, but a Bundt cake can be very impressive. You are sure to get some oooos and ahhhhs from your family and friends. You just need a deep camp oven so that you have enough room for the extra pan. Remember to place your bundt pan on a 9? cooling rack or trivet so you can get air circulation around the pan while the cake cooks. Be a little adventurous and give this
1 lemon cake mix
1 small instant lemon pudding
¼ cup poppy seeds
½ cup oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
Lemon Glaze
? cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Mix together cake mix lemon pudding, poppy seeds, oil, and water. Beat in eggs one at a time. Pour into well greased and floured Bundt pan. Place a round cooling rack in the bottom of a deep 14 inch Dutch oven
