One of my favourite dishes. Steak, this was at Steak house called Konoba Gušte.
Steak was grilled medium rare , on the barbecue, so soft meat like butter, steak was flavoured with papper, i took sauerkraut and pommes with it.
That red thing is called ajvar. It is grilled pappers and eggplant it can be spicy or not. I didn’t want spicy so i could taste steak better.
So simple and delicious food one of my favourite!

The atmophere is relaxed, people who serve you have traditional Croatian chlotes. Konoba os decorated with old artefacts and with some olf fishing net.
Next time i will try t-bone steak i have heard that it is amazing.
