Potatoes with Portobello mushrooms in the oven

This is a relatively easy food and optionally you can boost it with garlic. I didn’t.

Ingredients: 3 boiled potatoes cut into rough pieces without their skin, 3 portobello mushrooms sliced, 1 chili pepper cut in small pieces, 1 tomato sliced, 1 espresso cup of water, the leaves of 1 stick of rosemary, the leaves of 1 stick of basil, 70 ml of olive oil, salt and pepper

I put all the ingredients in a big bowl, toss them well and place them on a tray.

I cooked in a pre-heated oven in 220C until the potatoes are light brown.
