Sriracha Sauce Grilled Chicken (Ayam Bakar)

Morning!

Rainy day again. Yesterday I started hanging up my Fall wreath by the door 😅 Maybe I shouldn't have, but meh, it's Autumn already regardless the official date is not exactly here yet 😅

I didn't wanna get up this morning. Monday, raining, it's a day for hiding under the blanky. Darn mommy life making me up 🤪

Hope your week is off to a goodnstart, friends, with much kinder weather!

Today's recipe share is another grilled chicken. Don't get bored yet of them 🤣🤣🤣🤣

1 whole chicken
2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
1/2 tsp ground finger
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp lime juice
At least 1/2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
2 heaping tbsp (1/4 c) sunflower oil
4 tbsp of water

Cut through the center of the chicken, creating a butterfly shape, place in a large bowl

Add in seasonings, coat well. Marinade for at least 30 mins. The longer the better.

Lay a thicker aluminum foil, wrap the chicken, then bbq until cooked through.

Take out chicken from the aluminum foil, and grill directly on the BBQ for a little browning, if you like
