Ingredients:

Marinated chicken:
1/2 kg of thigh / chicken wings / other parts
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
As much as salt & powder broth

Chicken coating powder ingredients:
5 multipurpose wheat flour
1 or vegetable cornmeal
Enough of pepper and salt
1 egg

Spicy Sauce:
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 tbsp extra spicy chili sauce
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tablespoons / more chili powder
As much as salt
1 tbsp butter to saute

Economical cheese sauce:
350 ml of fullcream liquid milk
1 packet of topical cheese
100 ml of boiled water
3 powdered potato spices
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolve with water

Steps:
• Chicken flour: Wash chicken thoroughly. Set it aside. Blend the garlic, pepper, salt and broth. Apply to chicken until completely blended. Marinate overnight / the day before and store it in the refrigerator so the spices soak. Remove it from the refrigerator, put the egg that has been shaken off, mix well. Set it aside. Mix all the ingredients of the coating powder, mix well. Roll each piece of chicken into the coating powder while pinching it to make it curly. Fry until cooked. Do it until it's finished.
• Spicy sauce with richeese: Mix all ingredients except butter and garlic. Set it aside. Saute the garlic until necessary, add the sauce mixture, cook until slightly thickened while stirring constantly. Turn off the heat. Add the chicken flour to the spicy sauce, stir well until the chicken surface is covered with sauce. Move to a serving plate, sprinkle with sesame roast to taste (optional).
• Economical cheese sauce: shake off the egg yolks, add water and cornstarch. Stir well. Set it aside. Heat the liquid milk, add the topping cheese, cook while stirring until the cheese melts and mixes well. Add the egg mixture to the liquid milk, stir quickly. Cook until slightly thickened, add seasoning to cheese fries. Stir well. Cook until thickened. Turn off the heat.
