Duck breast Salad With Asian Flavors

Tasty enough to be served at Duckingham Palace! My friend made this salad for us last night and it was so good. Duck breast cooked to perfection on top of watermelon and cashew nuts is the perfect food Saturday night.

The salad:

Romaine lettuce
Watermelon
Cashews
Cilantro
Avocado
Cucumber
Pickled ginger
Duck breast in slices

The dressing:

Soy sauce
Fish sauce
Onion
Cilantro
Oyster sauce

Cut a square pattern in the duck’s fat, season it with salt and pepper. Fry the duck breast in a pan with the fat facing down, and then put it in the oven while keeping track of the core temperature.

Let the duck rest before you cut it in to slices.

Pour the delicious dressing over the salad and sprinkle some extra cashew nuts on top.
