Masala Sweet Corn

Today i am going to share a delicious and spicy sweet corn recipe with you. Hope you liked it!

Ingredients

2 Cup Sweet corn kernels

1 Tsp Butter

1/4 Tsp Cumin powder

3/4 Tsp Ch1at Masala

1/4 Tsp Red chilli Powder

2 Tbsp Lemon juice

1/4 Tsp Salt

Method of preparation

  1. Peel the sweet corns and add in a pot.

  2. Boil 2 cup sweet corn kernels in water for 5 minutes.

  3. Drain off the kernels and transfer to kadai.

  4. Add in 1 tsp butter and roast on medium flame for 2 minutes.

  5. Roast till the kernels turn aromatic and flavourful.

  6. Transfer to a bowl and cool for 5 minutes.

  7. Add in ¼ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¾ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp salt and 2 tbsp lemon juice.

  8. Mix well making sure everything is combined well.

  9. Finally, transfer the spicy corn chaat into cup and serve immediately.
