Sauté Mushrooms
That must be prepared:
- 150 grams of horn mushrooms, wash
- 15 pieces of meatballs, split into 2 (recipe can scroll down)
- 5 pieces of beef sausage, cut into pieces
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoon mushroom broth
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (to taste)
- Sweet soy sauce
- Salt and sugar to taste
- 3 curly peppers, sliced slices
- 5 pieces of cayenne pepper
- 2 spoon margarine for sauteing
- 100 ml of water
How to make:
- saute onion and garlic dg margarine, mix well until fragrant.
- Enter the meatballs and sausage. Pouring water
- enter mushroom broth, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce.
- Then enter the mushrooms.
- Mix well until water slightly shrinks.
- Enter salt and flavor correction sugar.
