Chicken fried balado

Material:

Fried chicken:

  • 1 chicken, cut some parts according to taste
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 segment of turmeric finger
  • just enough salt
  • just enough water

Balado:

  • 25 pieces of red curly pink
  • 16 pieces of red onion
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp of tamarind water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 orange leaves
  • 10 tbsp vegetable oil

How to make:

  1. Fried chicken: wash and sprinkle lemon juice on chicken and let stand for 15 minutes, wash it back to clean, set aside. Blend all the fried chicken seasonings. Enter the chicken and spice into the pan, give enough water until the chicken is submerged but not full of water. Boil / chicken qep until cooked and water is reduced using medium stove fire. Fried until dry or according to taste.

  2. Sambal balado: smooth rough all balado spices except acid water, salt, sugar and orange leaves. Heat the vegetable oil until hot, stir the finely ground spices until fragrant and change color, insert the remaining ingredients balado. Stir well into seasoning and flavor correction. Turn off the stove fire. Enter the fried chicken and mix well until the chicken is covered by balado sauce. Ready served with yellow rice or warm white rice. Yummyy
