BROWNIES

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr butter or can also use butter (melted)
  • 120 gr wheat flour
  • 200 gr refined sugar
  • 150 gr brown black bars / can also with 70 gr cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr roasted almond nuts (chopped)
  • 100 gr almonds (non roasted) (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

HOW TO MAKE :

  • Melt the butter, then put the melted black chocolate bar
  • Enter the fine sugar, stir well until the sugar dissolves. Then add the beaten egg until blended
  • Enter the flour, salt, baking soda, and vanilla little by little, stirring evenly
  • After that mix the almond chop, mix well
  • Pour batter into a 20x20x4 cm baking dish that has been smeared with margarine and baked with baking paper first. Then sprinkle the top of the dough with slices of almond nuts
  • Bake into the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes or until cooked
  • Put into the refrigerator, cut to taste

NB: Once cooked as a complement it can be placed hardener that is melted chocolate bars that have been mixed with milk and fine sugar.
