Macedonian Shopska sallad ! Tradicional macedonian sallad

In this story I am going to tell you the recipe of Macedonian Shopska sallad . U must try this awesome sallad .

So lets start with the ingredients :

• 3 to 4 tomatoes , chopped
• cucumber , chopped
• 1 medium yellow onion , chopped
• 2 green peppers , chopped
• salt , to taste
• 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2- cup crumbled white cheese

Next we go with instructions for preparing :

1. Place chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and peppers in a large serving bowl.
2. Add salt, oil to the tomato mixture
3. Top with crumbled white cheese

And you have a nice sallad.
