So it's really hot here in Central California during the summer months, so we eat a lot of salads to reduce the heat in our little home.
I walked home from work about an hour ago, and I came home to this delicious Taco Salad.
Ingredients are: ground beef with taco seasoning, haas avocado, sweet red onion, red bell pepper, yellow corn, shredded lettuce and homemade French dressing that is so amazing.
I'm @runridefly, and @luvbnamome is an awesome mother and an amazing cook. I love her so very much.
