ORANGE LIWET RICE

. Material:

  • 500 grams of rice
  • 700 ml coconut milk
  • 9 red onions
  • 5 garlic
  • 1 lemongrass (geprek)
  • 10 lime leaves, remove the bones. Ripped roughly
  • 2 bay
  • 2 tsp salt . Complementary:
  • 50 gr anchovies (fried)
  • Cayenne pepper to taste (fried)
  • Pete fried a little.
    How to make:
  1. Wash the rice
  • Slice the shallots and garlic thinly.
  1. Combine all the ingredients of rice, shallots, garlic, lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaves, coconut milk and cooking salt over low heat, stir until the coconut milk shrinks.
  2. Then steam in a pan for 30 minutes. Serve liwet rice with complementary ingredients. Fried tuna, eggs and crackers
