TALIWANG FUEL CHICKEN

The main ingredient :
1 chicken (village / stud / country)
Ground spices :
10 curly chillies
3 cayenne peppers
10 shallots
4 garlic
2 kencur finger joints
Terasi burns to taste (I use 1 piece of shrimp paste in bullet shape like that coin)

Non-seasoning:
2 lemongrass stems in geprek
2 bay leaves
3 orange leaves
To taste brown sugar
1 packet of coconut milk kara (I use 1 package of kara which is a green triangle huh)
Salt to taste (I use mushroom broth yaa)
Sweet soy sauce to taste
1 Lime

How to cook :
.
- Chicken cleaned, then chicken mixed with lime.
- Saute all spices and not smooth, except coconut milk.
. - Enter the chicken
. - Add enough water to cover the chicken, then add coconut milk. If you like sweet soy sauce, may also add sweet soy sauce.
. - Turn the chicken back and forth until it is perfectly closed, cooked inside and until the seasoning thickens.
. - Prepare a burnt, and roast chicken.
. - Chicken must be rubbed frequently with chicken spice seasoning so that the chicken is more savory, and seasoning permeates.

Note: For those who like tomatoes, bs can also be included in 1 tomato in a smooth spice. .
