Tonight we had dinner with some extended family, so of course a special meal needed to be made.
The main course was a Balsamic Honey-Glazed Pork Roast, served with fingerling potatoes with rosemary and garlic.
On the side, we had some oven-roasted vegetables, which included beets, turnip, brussels sprouts, carrots, and green beans.
Everything was great, and it was an excellent dinner!
