Resep Cumi Teutumeh Khas Aceh

Bahan-bahan
300 gr cumi sealdang. potong 2 cm
1 sdt air jeruk nipis
100 ml santan kental
2 buah cabe ijo nesar. potong miring
3 belimbing sayur. potong
1 buah asam sunti. (saya pakai asam kandis)
1/2 sdt garam
1/4 sdt merica bubuk
2 sdm gula merah
2 sdm minyak untuk menumis
Bumbu Halus:
5 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 buah cabai merah keriting
2 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe

Langkah
Lumuri cumi dengan air jeruk nipis. Diamkan 15 menit.
Tumis bumbu halus dan cabai hijau sambil diaduk hingga harum
Tambahkan cumi sambil diaduk hingga berubah warna.
Tambahkan belimbing sayur dan asam sunti. Aduk sampai layu.
Tuang santan. Masak sambil diaduk hingga kuah mengental. 6. Sajikan.

Ingredients

100 ml thick coconut milk
2 pieces of chili ijo nesar. sloped
3 starfruit vegetables. cut
1 piece of sunti acid. (I use kandis acid)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tbsp oil for sauteing
Ground spices:
5 onions
3 cloves of garlic
3 pieces of curly red pepper
2 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger

Step
Spread the squid with lemon juice. Let stand 15 minutes.
Saute the finer spices and green chili while stirring until fragrant
Add the squid while stirring until it changes color.
Add starfruit vegetables and sunti acid. Stir until wilted.
Pour coconut milk. Cook while stirring until the sauce thickens. 6. Serve.
