HEALTHY RECIPE/SNACK PRAWN FLITTER

Because we have a lots of prawn inside the fridge, I decided to make a snack for us while watching tv.

Today i will be cooking a Prawn flitter . In my home country (Philippines) we called it Ukoy na Hipon. While here in (Malaysia) they called it Cucur udang

Here is the simple steps.. here we go!

INGREDIENTS:

3 red onion, peeled and chopped

String onion, chopped

1 pound of prawn, peeled and chopped

Half cup of water

Prawn flitter flour (you can use normal flour)

DIRECTION:

Combine all the ingredients, add salt and pepper

Add water

Mixed well all the ingredients

Fry into the hot oil, medium heat, make sure both sides are evenly cooked
