Cook hash browns in a large pan on medium-medium high heat (depending on your stove) with olive oil, a little butter, garlic salt, and pepper (to taste).
Stir occasionally but not too much! We aren't making mashed potatoes! 🙂
When they are getting crispy and golden brown, drizzle with honey, stir, and cook a little longer until the honey is crispy 🐝
