La ricetta di oggi, parla della Moussaka.
Tipico piatto della tradizione Balcanica, greca e Medio-orientale! Non si sa realmente la sua provenienza. E in ogni paese è diversa.
E quindi Moussaka!!!
Per preparare questa prelibatezza bisogna avere:
1kg di patate
2 cipolle grandi
3 carote
800g di carne macinata
1kg di yogurt bianco
6 uova
4 cucchiai rasi di farina
Preparazione:
In TV danno "Un Boss in Salotto" sembra carino.
Senza parole e senza pensieri!
E grazie alla piccola grande comunità italiana! Siete fantastici! Qui è casa mia!

The recipe for today is Moussaka.
Typical plate of the Balkan, Greek and Middle Eastern traditions! It does not really know its origin. And every country is different.
In Greece for example there is the addition of aubergines and the "blanket" is made of bechamel! While in Bulgaria it is made of minced meat and potatoes.
But let's start by degrees
This is the favorite dish of my childhood. It reminds me of the warmth of the kitchen, my mom with the apron. The united family. My father.
All together on the table .. a happy family.
And so today I wanted to pass my memory to my family and to my son!
And then Moussaka !!!
To prepare this delicacy you need to have:
1kg of potatoes
2 large onions
3 carrots
800g of minced meat
1kg of white yogurt
6 eggs
4 spoons of flour
Preparation:
Peel and cut the potatoes into small dabs
Chop the onions
Chop the carrots
(Do you see the face?)
Take a high pot and begin to fry.
Put the carrots
Meat with onion
Adjust salt and pepper and add the potatoes.
Cook until the meat is no longer raw. And potatoes soften.
At this point we can pour the compound into the pan by adding water to prevent it from burning and baking for a couple of hours. As long as the water does not go away and Moussaka looks like in the picture!
Once cooked, you have to prepare the cover:
We need to :
Yogurt
eggs
flour
sale q.b.
Let's take a glass cup
We open the 6 eggs
We open white yogurt
Mix the preparation, salt!
Now add the spoons of flour, turning until all the flour is absorbed!
And complete, let's pour everything on Moussaka!
Let's bake at 180 degrees for 10/15 minutes, or until the compound becomes solid.
Et Voilà
Enjoy your meal!
Thoughts and Words
Tasting the Moussaka brought me back in time, I saw a little girl sitting in the kitchen waiting for my mom to serve my Moussaka! Daddy's headboard tells something funny, my brother laughs and my sister gives a hand to mom. And while tasting a small tear in secret drops on the cheek.
Moussaka is very good and it's over with much appreciation!
On TV give "A Boss in Living Room" looks cute.
Let's finish all three squatting on the couch, finishing to look ..
"The only one who finishes watching it is me"
Daddy and Ninni sleep.
Today I have created new memories related to this dish.
I want to thank Steemit. It is because I would end up posting the usual sad picture on social ..
No words and no thoughts!
