Now you have small Flavor blocks that can easily be used for a small sauce, added to soup or stir fry for extra flavor. This will save you time and money and will add extra depth and flavor to any dish you decide to add it to. We use two blocks heated up with a dash of cream and a little water to top our pork tenderloin with sautéed mushrooms and onions.
